Qualifications: BA Honours in Political Science and Development Administration; Diploma in Advanced Property Practice; EAAB Board Exam; NQF Level 4 & 5 Exemption; PDE Exam exemption; Assessor for the FET Certificate for Real Estate; also a certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Director IEASA SA (Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa), Director NPPC (National Property Practitioners Council).
Werner has personally sold more than 3000 properties in his career, and sold out more than 30 developments. He is a consultant to various property developers. In the past twenty years. Werner has specialised in the marketing of densified farm land and upmarket Country Lifestyle Properties in the east of Pretoria. Werner is undoubtedly the market leader in the Country Lifestyle Estates in the far east of Pretoria. The first after Covid one hectare agricultural co-living farm lifestyle villages is in process of subdivision.
Werner's focus now is to play a leading role in facilitating Township Establishment processes for land owners, developers and to assist Developers and Builders with the brokering of building packages, joint ventures and land availability agreements.
