Werner has been an Estate Agent since 1985, and has more than 39 years experience as an Agent and more than 20 years as Principal.
Werner has personally sold more than 3000 properties in his career, and sold out more than 30 developments. He is consultant to various property developers. In the past 24 years Werner has specialised in the marketing of densified farm land and upmarket Country Lifestyle Properties in the east and north east of Pretoria. The first after Covid one hectare agricultural farms is now in process of subdivision. Werner is also a broker to sell commercial farms with his network in Limpopo, Gauteng and Mpumalanga, north west and northern Cape.
Werner's focus is to play a leading role in facilitating and Project Management of Township Establishments, rezonings or subdivision processes on farmland for land owners and to assist Developers, Builders and Land Owners with the brokering of joint ventures, land availability agreements and the brokering of land acquisitions for the State.
